What We Collect

When you use Threat Navigator, we collect:

• Your email address — only if you choose to receive your preparation brief by email
• Conversation transcript — we encourage you to use role titles, not real names
• Feedback rating and comments — to help us improve the tool
• Session data — date, time, language, and whether you completed the session

What we do NOT collect: Payment information, location data, social media profiles, or data from other websites.

How We Protect Confidentiality

We encourage you to use role titles or code names rather than real names of people or companies. For example: "the CFO" instead of a person's name, or "The Challenger" as a code name for a difficult stakeholder.

By using Threat Navigator, you agree not to include sensitive personal data about third parties such as health information, financial details, or private matters unrelated to workplace dynamics.

Why We Collect It

• To email you your preparation brief
• To improve the tool based on patterns and feedback
• To tell you about new Leadership OS tools (only if you opt in)

We will never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany, operated by Neon (database) and Render (hosting). This complies with GDPR requirements for EU data residency.

Who We Share With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with these service providers:

• Neon — Database hosting
• Render — Application hosting
• Resend — Email delivery

All providers are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

How Long We Keep It

• Email address — Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
• Conversation transcripts — 24 months, anonymised for research
• Feedback — 24 months, anonymised

You can request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — Receive your data in a machine-readable format
